The ring is beautiful and I was kept informed throughout the wait time for it about the progress. It was delivered a few days outside of the 6 week window given which was fine. I was slightly disappointed that despite advertising last orders for Valentines and Mothers Day just a few days before their dates, once ordered just after Valentines I was told there was a 6 week wait. This should be advised before placing an order, as advertising last order dates leads you to believe items are readily available. If an item isn't available it should state the wait time before ordering. However, a beautiful piece of jewellery, just a shame it had to be given to my wife 4 weeks after her birthday.

Beautiful ring, my wife loves it for our 25th wedding anniversary gift.I would have given a 5 star, but I would have thought for the amount of money it cost, it would have been sent by a more secure delivery method.Other than that thank you very much.

Looking for a nice necklace to cheer my wife up, after she had a rubbish week. Found a perfect heart shaped locket necklace, looked fantastic on the website and didn’t disappoint when it arrived. Delivery was also super quick!



I had a few problems finding a ring in my size unfortunately. This time after trying 3 different rings I finally found the perfect sapphire , and diamond ring. Thanks for the help girls. I now have the perfect ring for a lesser price.

Received my ring after 9 weeks of waiting.I ordered the rose quartz ring and upon arrival I was very excited to open this ‘really beautiful ring’ they kept referring too well to my disappointment I had paid £540 for what looked like a piece of see through glass not a stone with the pink colour as shown on the website.To be fair once I emailed the photos the customer service offered a refund.This experience left me without a present for Valentine’s Day, my partner £540 down for 3 months and in the end I still don’t have a gift.I was willing to give them a second attempt at providing ‘a really beautiful ring’ but after the customer service offered a £10 discount I found this to be a joke so I have decided to take my partners hard earned money elsewhere.

I went with all the good reviews and decided to order.I was on line chat asking about ring sizes and they advised if I placed the order why I was on the chat they would fast track the order so I would receive it for Valentine’s Day in 26 days time.Fast forward 8 weeks later 18/03/21 still no ring and I have since found out they offer no such service.Earlier on I was told 4-6 weeks.They keep saying give a week and when it doesn’t arrive again asking for another 7-10 days and so on.They offered to refund £30 back to my card as a gesture of goodwill and then went back on it and offered store credit instead (had it in writing on an email too).Today is day 7 of waiting again and they are waiting for the ring to be hallmarked and sent back to them so it’s still not going to be arriving after 8 weeks of waiting.Very poor service after spending £540 on a ring, if they would of been truthful from the start I would of been happy to place the order and wait.... now I just feel like it’s all lies and empty promises and customer service advisors going back on what they offer.I would suggest placing Christmas orders in the summer because if this is the service for orders placed in January I would dread to think what the main peak season would be like

Wait time for our ring to come was 4-6 weeks, very little communication or updates. Finally the ring came after 7 and a bit weeks, one side of the ring looked ‘bubbly’ like the coating or something was about to flake off. We have sent it back and coming up to 3 weeks now since the ring has been back at the diamond store and we still have no update what so ever of what is wrong with the ring or what the diamond store are going to do about it. The ring wasn’t cheap and to turn up in that condition after waiting so long is really out of order, I’ve sent several emails and not even had a reply back.we have decided if we don’t hear back this week we will be requesting a refund and will purchase a ring else where.Update. I got a replacement ring and the same happened again. We are now awaiting for a refund. The ring is not coated properly.

Very happy with the ring itself. Pity about the length of time it had taken to arrive. I had ordered thinking everything to make the ring was in stock. To then be told it won't be available for 30 days. I eventually got my delivery 6 weeks after I had placed my order. Again, great ring, but just the stock taking/delivery could have been better as I had planned an engagement.
